・全ての必要事項を入力の上、提出してください。

・選手本人、またその家族、振込時の名義以外と思われるリクエストについては、電話連絡等の方法により本人確認を実施させていただきます。

・リクエスト提出から返金まで1週間程度を見込んでおりますが、大量のリクエストを短期間に受領した場合、さらに日数がかかる可能性があります。

・お支払いいただいたエントリー費全額を返金しますが、ユーザーの口座情報誤入力等による損失については補償いたしかねます。十分ご確認の上リクエストを提出してください。
